Britt J. Rosen is a Realtor, State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and former general contractor based in Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County. He is the Broker of Mel Forman & Associates, Inc. and also runs Brittex Appraisal Services, Inc. and Rosen Tax Appeal, LLC.  The majority of his time is spent in his appraisal practice. 

He has experience in commercial transactions including special use buildings, strip shopping centers, condominium conversions and apartment buildings. He has been active in the real estate industry since 1980 and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1989.
